Cancellation and Refunds

Abbott Group reserves the right to charge a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment when 24 hours cancellation notice is not received. Refunds are not available.

Abbott Group reserves the right to charge a fee of 100% of your scheduled appointment if you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment.

If there are multiple missed or late cancellation appointments at the discretion of Abbott Group you may be required to pay 100% non refundable in order to secure future appointments.
