Professional Conduct & Safety:

Massage Calgary maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of sexual harassment, inappropriate comments, or misconduct. Any such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from all future services. In the event of a session termination due to misconduct, the full service fee remains due and payable, and no tips or gratuities will be accepted.

Right to Refuse Service:

To ensure a safe and professional environment for both the therapist and the client, we reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, clients who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or those who exhibit disrespectful behavior.
